FieldTurf Playground from Heavenly Greens is composed of an exclusive mono-filament fiber that is extremely durable, yet non-abrasive to promote the comfort of play and product longevity. The infill consists of a thin layer of silica sand and several layers of rubber, topped by layer of large grade, tan-colored rubber, significantly reducing the heat generated by the rubber being in the sun.
For areas requiring fall height protection of over 5 feet our FallSoft® technology incorporates a one or two inch, water permeable, safety pad installed beneath the product to provide additional protection and cushioning against impacts and collisions from various fall heights. FieldTurf Playground conforms to ADA requirements and requires little maintenance. The product's drainage capacity is excellent, and play may resume shortly after a heavy rainfall.
