The Synthetic Turf rebates currently available in our market area are listed below. We are trying to keep this list as updated as possible. We suggest you contact each of these districts directly to confirm the rebate policy and to learn about any of the requirements that may be involved. In most cases the district will require a pre-site inspection before the installation process begins.
Santa Cruz
Soquel Creek Water District Rebates of $2 per square foot are now available for synthetic turf or faux grass that replaces your existing lawn. Marina - South of Santa Cruz
The Marina is authorized to provide .25 cent/square foot incentive to those who simply cap their sprinkler systems to install artificial turf. This measure has been taken to help increase the conversion to artificial turf. This brings the total incentives available to .50 cents/square foot, .25 cents for removing the turf plus .25 cents for capping the sprinklers.
