When we installed this putting green, it was in a developing business park in San Jose (Juniper Networks, Sunnyvale). The builder contacted us with the intention of creating a recreation area for the park's future tenants. They decided to go with a putting green, as well as a volleyball court, so that they employees would have a place to blow off steam during their lunches and after work. After we finished the recreation turf, they installed a bbq area and have said that they love the turf!
