Customer Care
Taking Care of our Customers is Priority #1
We would like to offer a few suggestions prior to calling us about issues you may be experiencing with your artificial turf. Please refer back to your warranty card located in your Heavenly Greens project folder for a list of details regarding coverage. This card provides additional information on the items covered under your warranty. This may provide additional insight prior to calling our customer service department.
What Our Warranty Guarantees
At Heavenly Greens we take pride in our products, which is why we offer one of the best warranty programs in the business. Our warranty covers, but is not limited to, several different issues:
- Fading
- Discoloration
- Materials
If your issue is listed above, please contact our service department, filling out the form, to discuss your options with one of our customer service agents.
Product warranties range from 8 to 15 years
We have an extensive line-item warranty that covers several types of issues.
If there are any questions as to what is or is not covered, you can call the Service Department of Heavenly Greens. To save time, however, we recommend you understand and become familiar with both the warranty and the maintenance and care guidelines.
HOW CAN WE HELP?
Help Us Help You
If you notice that something isn’t quite right and want to call our Heavenly Greens support team, we will need two things from you.
They are:
- A photograph that shows the problem you’re concerned about
- A detailed, written description of the problem so we can compare it with the photograph and get a better understanding of what is going on with your artificial grass
If you feel that the problem you’re experiencing is covered under the warranty, make sure that the photograph you send to us shows exactly what the problem is. Make sure that it shows close up detail and is well lit to show any discolorations.
The same is true for your written statement. Make it highly descriptive. Remember to include any possible measurements, types of damage, and the degree to which the turf has been affected. Once we have this information, we’ll be able to evaluate whether or not the damage caused is under warranty.
